Raining plan covers from engineer (R&D, CS, process), maintenance (engineer, Assistant engineer), and supervisor (Assy. F/T, R&QA), which can be divided into two phases. More syllabuses can be proposed to cover most of the operating in a foundry-oriented industry in the future.
